Q. Where is the pothole located (please give address, landmark or street intersection)?
A. western side of Stonehenge Drive intersection with Kennedy
Q. Approximately how large is the pothole?
A. 2 feet
Q. Is it in the travel portion of the roadway impeding traffic?
A. traffic turning right from stonehenge drive to Kennedy Road Northbound will go over it
