Cars park illegally on Davis Street especially during pick up and drop off times @ 8 and 9 a.m. and 3:15 to 3:30 p.m. On occasion, when all of the legal and illegal parking spots are taken some vehicles park in the middle of the street and block the street completely while they walk their child into the school. I believe I saw a traffic and parking vehicle headed toward the school the day after my last posting at around 1 p.m. to write tickets. The problem is far worse at the beginning and end of the school day. A call to the school so they can let parents know they will be ticketed if they continue to park illegally may help eliminate the problem. I spoke with a resident today and she said someone had blocked her driveway and told her "she would just have to wait until I walk my child into the school" before she could leave for work.
