Please add plastic bollards in 15th St cycletrack just south of I St. Every day there is a white van that pulls through the bike lane in order to park in an angled space. Twice now it has almost hit me, and once it was parked completely in the bike lane. They claimed that because they were delivering food to the food stand there on the corner that they were allowed to park in and drive through the bike lane. Please protect the lives of cyclists by adding plastic bollards to keep cars out. Thank you.
