Description

Every school morning between about 7:15 am and 7:30 am, and perhaps at other times, a yellow "Philly Trans" bus marked GFS for Germantown Friends School sits idling in the Midvale/Coulter-side parking lot of the Queen Lane train station, waiting to meet kids coming off the train and take them to school. This bus should not be idling See the anti-idling law. Thanks.
