Schuylkill River Trail - Philadelphia To Valley Forge Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
07/01/2015 A large tree has fallen across the Manayunk Canal Path. A volunteer has cleared many of the branches, but bicyclists either have to lift their bikes over the trunk or ride around off the path on the river side.
The fallen tree is located between Flat Rock Dam and Shawmont.
Other nearby unresolved canal path issues include:
Concrete barricade blocking bike path at the Shawmont cobblestones-
Ruts in Manayunk Canal Path surface at Lock 68-
Graffiti along the Manayunk Canal Path-
500 Block Roxborough Avenue Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Kids playing ball in common drive is dangerous and a attractive nuisance to the adjoining neighbors.

Wissahickon Bike Trail Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
12/27/2014 There is a large, deep hole in the Wissahickon Bike Trail, about 2000' upstream from the Ridge Avenue trailhead. The bank washed out, leaving the hole.
It has been there for over a year, and has been temporarily marked by yellow tape and spray paint.

01/20/2014 Poor drainage along the Wissahickon Bike Trail, several hundred yards below its’ intersection with Forbidden Drive, has been causing the trail to become a steeplechase water hazard.
Since the trail was renovated in 2007 with $1.4 million (federal funding), it would seem that there has been little or no maintenance to the bikeway by the city. Vegetation grows out over the path in the summer, and mud and leaves narrow the trail in many sections, dangerously crowding together the mix of cyclists, runners, and walkers.
This drainage problem is just one example of the poor design and construction of the renovation. Other sections of the trail are too low and frequently flood, leaving a covering of mud.
Umbria Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Witnessed a car driving around with lots of scrap carpet and trashbags on top of car. Driver drove intentionally to make sure the trash fell off the car. Started seeing the car on Dearnley, then followed through Green Tree run apartment complex, down umbria when driver turned up Domino (where you can dump trash for free if you are a citizen).
Car was a older Ford or GMC, licenseplate JGN1290.
