As I have written on See Click on numerous occasions in the past, this intersection needs to be milled and entirely re-paved. If that is not done, it's going to be a mass of pot holes this winter and DPW won't be able to patch it in cold weather. Last year the potholes were so bad that cars were driving into the on - coming lanes to avoid them creating an extremely dangerous situation.
