Can you be more specific? Which signal length should be increased for which road users traveling in which directions?

If this has been reopened ... and there hasn't been a new tracking number then nobody from DC311 is dealing with this. Just FYI. Better to open a new issue. I'd consider this issue closed.

This signal for New Jersey Ave north kind needs to be at least a minute!!! Please increase the time for it so we can get to our homes without waiting a half hour in the queue that’s backed up all the way to K Street!!!!!
