There is a construction on that property and the hole us up to 12 feet deep. In the rear there is a 4ft in diameter tree that its roots have been compromised. The risk is that the tree will gave in and fall on to traffic or property. Please inspect and recomend the course of action to owner Pete.

The bulb is out and the plastic cover is all dark from bugs and debris. Please replace all. The pole is licated in alley behind 1418 New Jersey Ave of the 400 block of O St Nw. Alley between 411-429 O St Nw. Safety and security is an issue with darkness.
