Homeless are camping under 1-40 at the North channel just south of Menaul. This has happened before and was cleaned up. Now the homeless/drug addicts are back and the trash on the path and in the channel, abandoned grocery carts on the bike path and human waste is worse than before. Someone official needs to keep watch on this area as it is a recurring problem.
