Clean up after water line work Archived1437-1511 Central Ave Albuquerque, NM, 87104, USA - DowntownThe dirt/mud from a recent city water line repair is in the bike lane, parking spaces as well as on the sidewalk outside 1503 Central Ave NW. This dirt will run into the storm drain as well when it is wet it makes a slippery mess for delivery drivers, mail carrier, cyclist in the bike lane, its a mess for parking in the limited spaces provided and not save for pedestrians getting out of the car to use the sidewalk. Can someone be sent out to clean this up before someone gets hurt. More rain is on the way but doesn't look like it will be enough to wash all this down the storm drain...

Chappell Dr Ne Albuquerque, NM, 87107, USA - Albuquerque5 of the 6 new bike/pedestrian bridges from this location(near 1-25 underpass) to Osuna have dangerous approach transitions. I called this in a month or two ago and the approaches to the north bridge were repaired but the 5 to the south are still bad and present a risk to pedestrians and cyclists. The approach transitions are abrupt and it is only a matter of time until a bike to crash or a runner to trip. It is a shame that this project was completed with the approaches transitions left in bad condition and that this is a risk to the city after money was spent on the bridges. PLEASE have this problem repaired before someone is injured.

Other Archived2227-2299 Carlisle Boulevard Northeast Albuquerque, New Mexico - AlbuquerqueThere STILL is a large group living under the bridge next to the bike path under Carlisle again. Lots of trash and debris is collecting...They have built structures under the bridge and have set up camp expecting to stay a long time...This is a health and safety concern a large liability for the city. The issue has been closed with nothing done numerous times, the problem doesn't go away just because it is closed....

Other ArchivedEmbudo Channel Trail Albuquerque, New Mexico - AlbuquerqueLots of trash in the diversion channel(mattresses, paper cups, fast food containers, cans, bottles, etc) that is being left by the homeless who have made a camp under I-40. I have contacted 242 cops about the homeless with no results on having them removed. But the trash and human waste is becoming a larger problem on the storm water that runs into the river. Also the amount of graffiti has increased along the diversion channel bike path. Looks really bad considering the international balloon festival is in town and will get a lot of visibility...Abq already gets enough bad press without looking bad to visitors.

Homeless, ArchivedCoronado Freeway Albuquerque, New Mexico - AlbuquerqueHomeless are camping under 1-40 at the North channel just south of Menaul. This has happened before and was cleaned up. Now the homeless/drug addicts are back and the trash on the path and in the channel, abandoned grocery carts on the bike path and human waste is worse than before. Someone official needs to keep watch on this area as it is a recurring problem.
