FYI this is not on any of the race courses, and it's been posted at least twice recently. It's getting worse, and the trailing edge now has a hard lip.

AN ASSESSMENT WAS MADE AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION ON THE DATE OF 9/21/2015. NO SINKHOLE WAS FOUND AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION. THE ASSESSMENT WAS MADE BY H TODD.

Dear Mr. Todd: I swerve around it every day. Today was no different. Get your assessor to have their eyes examined.

This request has been received and submitted to the City agencies for review and appropriate action.

This sinkhole is not be a hazard to the bike racers only because it's not on the race course. However; it is very noticeable to drivers and any cyclist that passes over it. I live a half-block away on Brook, so I have watched it slowly deepen over the last month every time I drive by it. I now drive around it, for fear that I might be the unlucky one who is over it when it finally gives way!

From this morning. Not fixed. Hard to see in this picture (due to the coloration of the road) but it's there, next to the lane divider lines. Thanks for taking another look.

There's a plate over it now. Can we have an update on what the issue was here?
