A small new tree was recently planted in the median in the 4000 block of brook Road, at the end of a planted bed. It looks very much out of place (see picture) and may be in the wrong place.

The new lights at the Brook / Laburnum intersection are very nice, however the "No Turn On Red" sign that was on EB Laburnum is gone. This is needed, as cars coming from Faquirer Ave cannot be seen from this lane on Laburnum, and one of them almost hit me this evening when he turned onto Brook during the red light.

The old-style sign post at Seminary and Laburnum Ave looks like it was hit by a car, as its now leaning. This sign gets hit often, as it is very close to the curb, would help to move it back from the curb.
