Description

If we dare leave for 5 minutes, there is no place to park when we return and never mind working overnight to come home on street sweeping days with no place to park. The construction workers and Yale Health Plan workers have taken the parking spots. Some are guilty of abuse/misuse of parking permits and some just blatantly park without regards to the restricted parking area. This is a DAILY problem made worse on street sweeping days. We need help over here!!!

I saw an enforcement agent there about 5. Unfortunately the construction workers leave at 3 and street cleaning and the 3:30. If you go two minutes over a meter downtown you get ticketed but in our neighborhood we have to beg for enforcement.

Thank you for sending an enforcement agent over and like RFM I saw the office at 5:00 PM. The violators arrive between 6:30 AM - 6:45 AM and leave well before 5:00 (with exception of Yale Health Plan employees). Again some of these violators have a "valid" parking permit.... don't know how they got them but we in the neighborhood know who they are as they arrive, visit and leave at the same times every weekday.
