Zone 7 - Construction and Yale workers taking up spaces in addition to sidewalk repair causing residents to not be able to park near homes. Violators with no permits parked lower end of Winchester Avenue along with the usual "visitor" permit violators. Thank you

Lower end of Winchester Avenue (Zone 7) and in front of my home have cars and motorcycles without permits.

Could you please send someone out to tag and perhaps put one of those notes on the cars regarding parking? Thank you

City tree has caused sidewalk to buckle as well as the curb. Sidewalk is a tripping safety hazard. I have tripped and have observed many pedestrians doing the same. I know I am responsible for keeping the sidewalk clean/shoveled but I do not believe I am responsible for any damages caused by the tree planted by the city. Thank you.

We left a cone to reserve a parking space this morning as there is a lot of action at skating rink. We came back, cone has been stolen. We were able to park and unload groceries but there are cars parked everywhere on this street without permits. I know this problem is getting old and we are unhappy as well but please help as you have in the past. Thank you.

First, thank you for doing such a great job of monitoring and ticketing vehicles with no parking permit or questionable Visitor Permit. Some visit daily (8-5) and others just stay put for a few days. Lately, there have been a lot of out of state cars parked on lower Winchester Avenue and they don't move for days. Right now there are 3-4 out of state cars parked on this block. I leave for 5 minutes, come back and now I have to park someplace else..in front of a neighbor's home. Could you please continue to ticket and monitor lower WInchester Avenue? Thank you.

If we dare leave for 5 minutes, there is no place to park when we return and never mind working overnight to come home on street sweeping days with no place to park. The construction workers and Yale Health Plan workers have taken the parking spots. Some are guilty of abuse/misuse of parking permits and some just blatantly park without regards to the restricted parking area. This is a DAILY problem made worse on street sweeping days. We need help over here!!!
