Fort Myers Construction are currently working on repairing our sidewalk on my block, they recently repaired the sidewalk in front of my house and during the repair the workers damaged the base of my steps in the process. My steps are fairly new brick work that I had done less then 5yrs ago. The incident happened on Friday 8/28/15, while I spoke with the foreman Jose on 8/31/15 when he told that he would repair my steps on 9/01/15 but that did not happen and now I hoping that the city can help honor my this repair request that was promised to me. Please advise and thank you in advance for assistance.
