I am not sure why this service request has been marked as resolved. The pile of garbage is still there and there have been no attempts to remove it.

This issue has definitely not been resolved. In fact, an illegally dumped mattress and what looks like an old television have now been added to the pile. It is astonishing how long this trash has been sitting in the alley, despite multiple reports to 311. Please reopen the issue and remove the trash -- including the mattress.
