I have reported this issue on 7/23/15 and received answer that it was taken care of. Well it wasn't! Jungle is still growing. House next door has windows blocked by the bushes on the first and second floor. Suspicious people are hanging out in this overgrown lot leaving trash and broken bottles on the street.
Home owners on Porter Street will really appreciate any action from City of Richmond at this point.
