Squatters have moved into 515 W 22nd Street Residence. The Owner passed away several months ago - I am not sure who currently owns the house.

This situation with squatters invading the home has been formally reported to Richmond Zoning Mgmt Team (20020911685) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. 12/4/2013 - Service Review: Richmond PDR (20020911593) noted the property has been boarded up and the property is abated of any violations as of 12/3/2013 -
Thank you for contacting the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Division for the City of Richmond. We have received your complaint regarding the property listed above and we have assigned a Code Enforcement Inspector to go to the location you provided to review the problem that you reported.
The inspector has scheduled a follow up site visit, to take place within the next two weeks to determine if corrective action has been taken on this issue.
