The trailer in question that is claimed to be parked in the front yard is actually parked in an old drive way. There is a curb cut where the trailer is parked. This is allowed per code. Once we hear back from Police about the trailer we will update.

Hi, Thanks for the clarification. Regarding the trucks parked on the street. The person that lives here runs a tree cutting business from his house. The trucks would not be there during the day. They are typically there on evenings and weekends. This person also has his employees chopping wood in the front yard on a regular basis. I have seen as many as 3 to 4 commercial vehicles/trailers parked around the house at a time. Dump trucks, Trailers with a Back Hoe, Log Trucks etc... This person should rent/buy a commercial space to run his business from instead of annoying his neighbors.

Douglas your point is known by staff. They are working with the owner to correct this.

The vehicle parked on the street has been handled in accordance w/ existing laws and ordinances. The location will be monitored to ensure future compliance. The other items have been referred to Zoning/Inspections.
