There was always a blinking yellow light @ the corner of W Aycock and Fairview Roads, a few blocks from Underwood Elementary, that helped to slow traffic on Fairview. The light is now gone. Why? And, when will it be put back up. We're trying to S L O W traffic in the neighborhood. Thanks.
