Ten days later...STILL HERE!!!!!

Hey folks, just a tip - You can check the status of the Action ID by going to this website and typing in the Action Item number.

Too often, City Staff is just closing stuff out prematurely, without solving the issue. here's what the ticket status says in the WPB system: "CLOSED PENDING FIELD ACTIVITY".

NO! These should remain open until the field activity is completed!

Hi Walkable, The link you offered above doesn't work, but I appreciate you trying. Reading through this, it appears the problem was noted on Aug 18, the city opened a file on it the same day, 10 days later it was not fixed, but I didn't see a notation where it had been closed, yet you seem to indicate the city closed it. Aren't the issues usually closed on SeeClickFix, so everyone can see them? I can't see anyone trying to memorize that link in order to check whether a case has been closed, when the info should be available on SCF. Thanks for your comments and attention.

The City has its own internal ticket system, called ACTION! The Action Item is a reference to use to check on the ticket in the city's internal ticket system (URL: http://onestopshop.wpbgov.com/egovplus/action/action_main.aspx)

Unfortunately, looks like the city ticket system is currently not working.
