This issue is ongoing and unresolved. Restaurant owner is consistently closing the issue and making threatening statements toward me.

From what I have seen Bryan is the only one constantly complaining and we other neighbors are stating we like the restaurant as is. Bryan has a personal ax to grind and should not be abusing this system for his own agenda. Bryan, we can watch you as easily as you try to harm our neighbors, keep that in mind you pest.

There are no opinions in this issue. Pizzicato is violating the Philadelphia code as listed:

Philadelphia City Code section 9-208.6.b, c, g, f. Summarized as follows:
Part b - since the sidewalk in this location is > 13' (sidewalk width is defined herein as based on the city plan sidewalk width and DOES NOT include the pedestrian crossing "bump out"), They are required to provide 1/2 the sidewalk clear for pedestrian access.
Part c - There is a streetlight located at this location, which is considered an obstruction and is the point of measurement
Part f - This is located at an intersection and they are required to provide 10' clear from point of tangency to curb line. They do not.
Part g - This location is the site of a bus stop for the #57 bus.

This man was obviously banned from the restaurant and is trying to put it out of business. He has some kind of mental problem, the issue is CLOSED the city already investigated and found the place in proper order with all needed licenses. He should be banned and this topic Closed

I agree this is a good neighborhood restaurant, there is plenty of sidewalk space

I also agree it's a good restaurant, I was pretty upset when the waitress told me this garbage was on the internet. I've been eating at Pizzicato since it opened and their staff are some of the nicest people in the neighborhood. Please keep this forum to serious offenses and not someone's personal crusade against small peccadilloes
