There are no opinions in this issue. Pizzicato is violating the Philadelphia code as listed:
Philadelphia City Code section 9-208.6.b, c, g, f. Summarized as follows:
Part b - since the sidewalk in this location is > 13' (sidewalk width is defined herein as based on the city plan sidewalk width and DOES NOT include the pedestrian crossing "bump out"), They are required to provide 1/2 the sidewalk clear for pedestrian access.
Part c - There is a streetlight located at this location, which is considered an obstruction and is the point of measurement
Part f - This is located at an intersection and they are required to provide 10' clear from point of tangency to curb line. They do not.
Part g - This location is the site of a bus stop for the #57 bus.
