protip: please be sure to create an independent ticket with 311, they work well with the streets department.

philly311 doesn't seem to work SCF much these days, and when they do there seems to be different procedures for different service providers (ie. can't/won't communicate with Fairmount Park, or the Philly PD).

it's good to provide a public record at SCF, but i've had the best results getting things fixed when a complaint is lodged directly with Philly311.

I agree- this noisy broken cover is keeping me awake and I hear it throughout the day. It was brought to PECOs attention but wasn't repaired for some reason. Please fix ASAP!

Bikers do these things so they don't hold up traffic or get run over. Think about it do you want a biker riding through the light in the bike lane on your right when the light turns green? I have actually been hit by a car turning right b/c i was first, waited at the light and then proceeded when light turned green and an car eager to turn hit the gas. Drivers are the one operating heavy machinery. Cyclists need a bike lane b/c without it cyclists are exposed to the heavy machinery often driven by self centered egomaniacs.

I have a major problem with bikers. Never stop at stop signs, go through red lights, ride in the middle of the street. Many don't want those laws enforced against bikers, but they want to enforce the bike lanes. Give respect, Get respect!
