Need curb painted red if possible. The resident at 903 Olive Street brings his large "Time Warner Cable" work truck home. He parks it on the west side of Buena Vista at Olive Street. He blocks the bicycle lane and the dedicated right turn only lane. At certain times of the day, especially when school is in session, cars are lined up at the stop sign. Those wanting to make a right turn (s/b Buena Vista to w/b Olive) have to wait till they pass the parked truck in order to make their right turn causing more of a back up. The times vary when he parks there but its usually in the late afternoon.
