Hi this is Nick from Community Services, and the requested tree trimming has been scheduled and should be completed within the next 2 weeks.  We will update you upon completion.  Thank you for reporting! 

The issue is still not resolved. Why ?
You said back in February that in two weeks it would be taken care of. It’s now middle of April and nothing has been done. Why ?
I realize the tree is actually on private property so trim the tree and bill them for it. The people living there are renting so bill the owners not the residents.
