How can it be closed/resolved? Dumpster is still there and collecting more trash.

That would be great if you could resolve this soon. Not only is this dumpster illegally taking up precious parking but it is also becoming a dumping (no pun intended) ground for dog crap. Flies and vermin are in their own paradise.
