can you read the street sign thru the tree branches? whoever placed it on Lincoln West of Main st. must believe you can.also why 4 no parking signs on the first block West of Campbell? one drive thru Ferndale & its very ez to realize R.O. can't compete with a city whose departments work as one to make a very well organized community.a shame as R.O. was once known for its beauty,tree city.now its flee while you can-far too many homes for sale.
