Good afternoon,

I would like to know why only some cars gets tickets when they don't put money in the meter and some cars don't. For example as I was putting money every two hours yesterday the car next to mine did not put any money for the day. At one point I watched the meter guy look at the car with time left and he walked away. Meanwhile stood next to my car waiting for the two minutes to run out. I added more before he could ticket me. I think this is ridiculous as I see things all the time with the parking. Some cars can park where ever they want with no tickets. As I see more and more this town is now run by a who you know basis. The town should really consider people who live on the ave in this end of town as there are no parking lots down here.
