Let people comment like before. It’s ridiculous that you turned that off especially for issues that don’t get resolved.

They keep parking all over illegally.

Town officials STOP turning offf the commenting on all these issues and take care of them. Getting ridiculous already.

Kearny Board of Ed van coming from Jersey City into Kearny weaving in and out and speeding 60mph on Harrison Ave with kids in Van. Guy was also tailgating cars and making hand gestures when cars weren't going fast enough. Scary to say the least....
Hard to catch up to get plate # as he went into Hudson Park.
    This was at 3pm today.

Why is a Kearny cop driving up route 17 at 11am over 80 mph and weaving in and out of lanes? Crazy driving. Car #65.

Can you please check to see if they have a permit for construction repairs because none is in the window. They have been working the last week and even on the weekends.
    Thanks

3 times in the past week the electric salespeople are back. So sick of it, the minute I open the door I say "are you selling electricity"

    What can be done?

Illegal Woodworking Business with several different people working in garage and yard day and night. Using heavy duty equipment which is also very loud. Also a fire hazard.
  • 199 Hoyt Street Kearny, New Jersey - Kearny

It's a total construction zone with 3 projects going on all day lond 7 days a week into the night.
198 Hoyt / Basement construction project with no visible permit.
    .
199 Hoyt / Upstairs renovation with no visible permit. They did have a legal dumpster a week ago but not sure what's going on.

200 Hoyt / Super loud project again going on. It's an illegal business & town has been out various times but after a little while it starts up again. This is 7 days and sometimes until 9-10pm at night.

Would be great if someone can check out all of these asap.

    Thanks.

Any update on the sidewalk repairs? It's getting much worse and dangerous and the owner does not seem to care.
    Thanks

True Value store dug up sidewalk over a month ago to put in a new drain and has not even touched it since. The sidewalk and street are getting worse by the day and no one can pass on sidewalk either. I don't see a work permit for the work either.
Can you please have someone come by and check.

Can you please tell me if it's the Construction Code Dept I have to contact about this illegal woodworking business being run out of the garage?
The Police have been out several times already and after a few days it starts all over again. It's super loud and dust flying all over.
They are laughing about the Police and the owner of the house has been advised & said to contact the city and call the Police as well. He said they don't listen to him either after advising them many, many times.

What can I do about woodworking being done at all hrs of the day and night? The noise and dust is driving everyone around crazy. Not sure if it's a business but some serious things are being made with heavy duty electric saws and nail guns.

When is this going to be completed? It effects traffic and access to the Park. Hardly ever see any work being done.
