Descripción

This trailer has been parked, unhitched, for over two weeks. It is overflowing with construction debris and household garbage. It takes up more than one public parking space and is so wide cars cannot pass safely. There have been multiple complaints about this vehicle but it continues to sit on Gallatin St NW with impunity. It does not display tags or a registration sticker and is never hooked up to a vehicle.
