Sharraxaadda

Vehicle has been parked and has not moved long enough that the dirt buildup around the tires now have significant weeds which I removed a number of in front o the vehicle on my property line. Vehicle has a number of parking citation tickets which have now been there for several months. With a growing population, street parking is at a premium. A vehicle that never moves, is not registered in DC and apparently is being used for storage is a plight on the neighborhood - no matter who owns it.
