505 M Street Northeast Washington, DC 20002, USA - Capitol HillVehicle has been parked and has not moved long enough that the dirt buildup around the tires now have significant weeds which I removed a number of in front o the vehicle on my property line. A vehicle that never moves, is not registered in DC and apparently is being used for storage is a plight on the neighborhood - no matter who owns it.
