Reopen: Valets at both Tavern and Chuy's back up traffic and block the intersection in all directions. This was out of control when it was just Chuy's, but now that it's both, someone is going to get killed or in a wreck.

This still hasn't been solved. It's still getting backed up, especially during rush hour, and it's irritating and dangerous. People just SIT in the intersection through light cycles because they can't get through 19th to Division because of Chuy's, or they can't get down Broadway because of Tavern.

I would like to see Division become a one way street from the circle toward Vanderbilt and Broadway become a one way street from the Division intersection toward the merge with West End. This would alleviate all of the Valet and Delivery truck parking on both streets. This would also help with the Virgin hotel and the 25 story apartment building that is coming.

This is still a thing that is happening, plus now they are parking and keeping the car door open on the OTHER side of the street and the people are NOT paying attention to cars that are coming, which means you almost hit this. Lawsuits waiting to happen everywhere!

Now the Chuy's drivers are parking cars on the other side of the street to wait for the car's owner. While standing in the middle of the street and PARKED in the MIDDLE of the lane. I'm going to just start calling the police, because this is ridiculous.
