Description

On Hayes Street between 18th and 19th, parking is allowed on both sides. When cars are parked on both sides, it is not possible to two cars to pass safely...the street just isn't wide enough. Parking on the east-bound side should be eliminated and the center stripe moved slightly south of its present location.
