Description

Reopen: Valets at both Tavern and Chuy's back up traffic and block the intersection in all directions. This was out of control when it was just Chuy's, but now that it's both, someone is going to get killed or in a wreck.

This still hasn't been solved. It's still getting backed up, especially during rush hour, and it's irritating and dangerous. People just SIT in the intersection through light cycles because they can't get through 19th to Division because of Chuy's, or they can't get down Broadway because of Tavern.
