Mô tả
The address reported for this issue no longer exists as the home and 3 others were razed to build the cul de sac but the map provided in the app has not updated for the new cul-de-sac for the subdivision Preswyck way detention pond located at the rear of 1050 Preswyck Way. It has not rained in six days and this pond has not completely drained. There could possibly be a clog in the valve with debris or silt that is currently running off of partially open ground above this pond which is prohibiting the proper functionality of the pond. This constant standing water will serve to breed mosquitoes.

It appears work was done to this facility to allow for the water to drain. However, there is now an area that has been dug out and created a large depression within which water will stand and can never reach the drain. This will serve to breed mosquitoes.
Please ask the developer to remove the silt/mud from the facility rather than just push it around to make the water drain. Unless it is removed how can it not end up clogging the valve again? This pond will never function properly unless properly maintained.
Please reply with a comment if this condition is acceptable to the City. Thanks.
