    ACTIVE LEAKS that have made their way all the way to the basement of the lost corner preserve cottage. As pictured this is the concrete floor of the cottage basement and the ceiling boards around what appeared to be a vent stack above this area were wet.

    Sprinkler heads in the area on Bluestone Rd. between Hilderbrand and Mount Vernon appear to have been pulled up from the ground. These 2 on the mulch bed near the sprinkler control box east side of the road south of the access drive to the surface parking lot. Another one is also at the next mulch bed closer to Hildebrand corner.

    The speed table located on Long Island dr in this area has most of the arrow markings as you approach it from the northeast completely worn off. There is no speed hump sign located at this speed table, like there is at the other speed tables in the neighborhood. Those signs were installed in the last 12 to 18 months and maybe this table got missed. Lack of visibility of the table markings makes for unfamiliar drivers approaching at a higher rate of speed and bottoming out. There is also a table in front of 96 Long Island Pl. that is experiencing the same wear on the reflective arrows.

    On the north corner on the west side of Johnson Ferry Road at Ferry Dr there is a cut section of concrete from when Blount construction was working on sidewalks at some point over the last couple weeks. Seems they left it behind under the magnolia tree at that corner.

    An ongoing issue at the intersection of Abernathy/Johnson Ferry/Brandon Mill is that Southbound Brandon Mill Traffic during early morning (about 730 to 8 AM) cannot traverse through the intersection due to the volume of vehicles that do not yield from the right turn lane that takes the Johnson Ferry cars south onto Johnson ferry. Of course driver behavior is a compounding factor when Brandon Mill has the greenlight and those folks do not yield. There has to be a mechanism that would hold some of that right turning traffic (possibly an arrow that can be red for a period of time in conjunction with a no turn on red sign so when southbound Brandon Mill traffic has the green light it would hold cars in the right turn lane). This would facilitate at least some car’s ability to cross over Abernathy from Brandon mill to Johnson ferry. Please review footage or watch cameras during that morning time when this is occurring. Traffic on Brandon Mill backs up to Mark Trail and beyond on a regular basis.

    The city planted crêpe myrtles on either side of the driveway at 55 Johnson Ferry Rd. are entangled with wisteria. In addition, the two crêpe myrtles planted by the city just east of there going towards 45 in Johnson. Ferry are also entangled with wisteria. These city tree assets need to have the wisteria removed or the trees will die. This is not standard sidewalk trimming to keep clear for pedestrians. This is a tree health issue. Please, please have someone come out and remove the wisteria from these trees. This is City money that is dying.

    This trench drain located below the path headed towards the community building appears to be completely clogged with dirt and silt. When it was actively raining there was deeper water on it and it is difficult to see in this photograph, but it is unlikely much water is draining into it. Not sure where it goes but it’s probably not functioning properly.

    On the side of the Hammond Park community building closest to Glen Ridge Drive. This waterfall of rain runoff from the roof also appears to be leaking into the soffit area underneath the overhang. Note on the right hand side of the picture. The rotting soffit boards. Water was actively dripping from that soffit. This appears to be the only place where roof runoff of this volume is coming off the building.
