Description

Construction is starting at the CSX site as early as 6:10am, this is well before the allowable start time of 7am and illegal. Three dump trucks were entering the site at 6:10 am and an additional truck was unloading a backhoe at this time. PLEASE ENFORCE LAWS PERTAINING TO CONSTRUCTION START TIMES ASAP. this construction is happening in a neighborhood and very disruptive to all that live here. The attached picture was taken at 6:15am of the truck unloading the backhoe.
