Sharraxaadda

There is a large dog in the backyard of 6 Irving street that is let out every morning and barks on and off for hours. I try not to complain too soon, because I know all dogs bark, but this extended time is unacceptable.
He has been out there for over 2 hours today already. I live on the hill right behind them and it is very annoying. There have been some mornings this has started around 6 a.m.
