Rats are living in these high weeds. I saw two run from the alley/weeds into the back yard today. I believe there is a burrow underneath the fence hidden among the high weeds. There is always trash and food waste on the ground at this location. Trash bags and cans are routinely left on the ground or in alley which is attracting the rats.
