Description

Water is flowing up through cracks in the asphalt in the street. The street is bowed from water underneath. Probable water main break.

I'm not sure this is the right place to report this kind of immediate problem. Maybe calling BWL's Water or Steam Emergency # 517-702-6490 is more appropriate.
