The trees screening the west side of Frandor are blocking the sidewalk and facing people to walk on the grass. Also one piece of pavement is missing (just gravel there now).

The charity collection bin in Frandor/Sears parking lot has had piles of uncollected material around it for at least a couple of days.

A car without visible license plate has been parked in the same spot every morning for the last couple of weeks. Abandoned?

The two street lights on the 2400 block of Vine (between N. Foster and N. Francis) keep turning on and off. Notice this on 30 Dec and this morning.

Who's cutting down all the trees at the old Red Cedar Course?!?!?!? I didn't think there was any development plan in place yet. Isn't removing mature trees that evaporate lots of water just going to make the water problems there that much worse?

The BoastMobile store has had signs up for a few weeks now.

On all four corners of Hayford and E. Michigan (and indeed along much of the Michigan corridor) there are Women's Expo signs.

Owner of this vacant house/business has not shoveled/cleared the ice from the Michigan or the Hayford sidewalk of this property.

This happens every winter.

In August the Midtown apartments put a very large sign in the city right-of-way between the sidewalk and the street. It is my understanding that this is not legal. I wrote a note to the Gillespie Group (who own the apartments). I was assured the sign was temporary.

Seven months later the sign is still there and they have added another sign in front of the old bank building directly to the west of this building.

If we are trying to sell Michigan Avenue as the gateway to Lansing these signs are not helping.

The sidewalk on the South side of Michigan Avenue under I-127 was never plowed. It is now a sheet of ice.

There is a driveway leading to a BWL transformer (?) on N Howad just South of the house at 245. When I was walking on Saturday I noticed the driveway was plowed, but the sidewalk on either side had not been shoveled and indeed there were piles of snow from their plow added to the snow on the sidewalk.

On Michigan Avenue between Hayford and 127 there are a number of street lights out. Once I started looking was surprised how many there were.

I've reported this light before. Don't know if this is an ongoing problem or if it was fixed and now broken again.

Last night walked by and noticed the Street Light in front of this house was out.

Weeds and grass on right of way on Michigan and Kipling overgrown. This includes a bus stop.

When biking to Frandor on Saturday I turned from N. Howard onto the one way Vine Street and was surprised by a car going the other direction in the left lane. Two blocks later I was in the left lane starting my left turn onto N. Cliippert and was cut off by a car also make a left turn, but from the right line.

I assume in both cases the drivers of these cars though they were on a two way road and behaved accordingly. Certainly this is the first (or last) time this has happened.

There was talk at one point of turning the two blocks of Vine and Sellers under 127 to two way traffic. Has there been any progress on this?

Staples has not cleaned up their sidewalk after last weekend's snow.

The sidewalk on the North side of Michigan Avenue under US-127 did not drain during the thaw and has now frozen over into a smooth layer of ice. I did not check the sidewalk on the South side but assume it is the same.
