The driver of this vehicle performed multiple unsafe maneuvers turning from Pennsylvania Ave. onto south-bound 9th Street, including erratic lane changes at high speeds, that I felt put me and my family at risk. They really need to tone it down, and not act like the rules don't apply to them.
