On Cherry Hill Road in Branford there is a large group of us watching for illegal dumpers. We've had three people caught by the police so far and we're celebrating each time we catch someone. Three of us have dash cams and this has helped us a LOT!

Someone just dumped a 4.2 liter Jeep engine - probably for a 1980 or so Jeep. Do you know of anyone who just blew their engine? It's stuck, so it is a blown engine. The serial # can be looked up on the GM site and I contacted a friend to help me try and match the # with the engine.

Think you know who it is? Contact the police and let them know.

Just so you know, we're not letting anyone go with an apology. We make sure the police catch them and they're prosecuted.
