the guy up the street is driving in and out of are street at all hour's with loud music in his silver car he stops in front of my house and 21 quinlan ave turns it up because we told him to turn it down .they are the same guys that went to jail for steeling and home robbers the guy use to have a yellow truck.do not even think he has insurance.kids play in the street can get run over the way he drives too.
