I really don't think it is in the taxpayers best interest to spend money to redesign an exit that 99.9% of drivers have no problem with. It was much worse before they put in this new configuration some years ago. How do you ever 'merge' onto 696 if you cannot figure out how to merge into another lane on Mound Rd? The traffic is only heavy on this exit during afternoon rush hour. I'm sorry if you have encountered some rude drivers out there and If it continues to be an issue for you, there are other exits you could take instead. This is NOT an issue that needs to be on this site IMHO.
