The Housing Authority's privately contracted landscapers continue to blow ENORMOUS AMOUNTS OF TRASH & DEBRIS INTO THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF VALLEY STREET. Going on SEVERAL YEARS NOW ! No one from the Housing Authority is addressing this issue- phone calls are not returned from the Director's Office. A simple conversation should rectify this matter, but doing nothing is trashing the neighborhood and causing extra expenses for additional street sweeping.
