Same as the union street dog park, whoever is supossed to do it is definitely slacking off.

This is a daily issue. The garbage piles up and spills over and it's a filthy mess.

Let's wait another month to see if it's resolved. What's really needed now is a larger inner garbage bin that doesn't clog so easily with pizza boxes jammed in. Every evening I walk through the park and every evening people leave one large pizza box on top of the narrow inner garbage bin, and then people dump their stuff on top of that and it starts spilling over. We will not change people's behavior but we can provide a garbage bin that can withstand pizza boxes and ordinary rubbish.
