From this point heading toward Burnside Avenue, Tolland Street's painted shoulder line disappears and the pavement along the shoulder is split, rough, chopped up and in terrible, unsafe condition. This is a hazard for pedestrians, cars, and bicyclists who use this road heavily. A majority of Tolland Street heading in the opposite direction has wide, painted shoulder, this section of the street should match for safety. Many driveways of business and homes in this area are torn apart. Crosswalks, lanes, area also needed.
